Our model is based on us defining your needs in consultation with you, and then finding the right expertise in the team we establish. The team is established according to your needs, with subsequent onboarding into your existing development environment or organization. In this way, we ensure good communication between all roles in the team.
The team will report on a weekly basis and deliveries will be made every 14 days. Upon delivery, code will also be handed over so that you have full control of the IP.
We can also provide a CTO and project manager to work with you. These are people who know the environment in India, know how they work and how to follow up. You can hire these roles on an hourly basis.
We have a broad support team
Many companies, especially start-ups, lack technical expertise and know-how on how to carry out and follow up on a development assignment. We have experienced CTOs, project managers and other support functions that you can hire on an hourly basis. If you don't need a 100% position, we can help you with highly qualified and experienced personnel in our support team at the level you need.
We have set up a large support team that you can take part in. This includes a project manager who manages the project/teams in India, or a project manager who you want to be part of your team. You also have the option of hiring a CTO on an hourly basis to work alongside your staff. We also have architects and personnel for testing and documentation. We look at each project to see how much need there is to use our support team.
