YourTeam is a company that was established to help companies with access to highly skilled development resources. We focus on delivering developers in teams to create a good development environment and a team with complete expertise in all areas of development, UX, AI documentation and testing. We provide development services for short assignments or lifelong projects at a much lower price than your own employees.
Our teams should be seen as part of your own staff. You get your own developers who work closely with existing developers, or with the organization where you don't have developers yourself.
Through our knowledge of the development environment in India, we have gained experience of successfully delivering teams. Not least because of our good delivery methodology, where we focus on understanding between cultures and languages, onboarding methodology and development opportunities for the individual developer.

Thore is also the founder of My Production,<br>and has contributed to financial growth in companies such as Dash Software, ProPlan and<br>Amesto Solutions Sweden and Norway.
Experience
MyProduction: As founder of MyProduction, Thore created a new Native Cloud Solution and took the company from NOK 8.5 million to NOK 40 million in three years.
Dash Software: Together with the Management Team built up the Sales organization,
preparing the company for sales to P/E.Amesto Solutions Sweden: Has the company grow from SEK 15 million to SEK 32 million, turning EBITDA from SEK 500,000 to SEK 3 million in 3.5 years.
Amesto Solutions Norway: Established a branch in Stavanger to be the second largest within its field, with growth of NOK 7 million in four years.
Proplan: Built the sales organization to be the number one dealer for Visma within three years.

Co-founder and architect/lead developer of ERP solutions made for electrical
energy companies in Norway. Solution is sold and managed by Cegal where Jarle is a
consulting architect of further development of energy solutions.
